Pelican Hotel, Miami Beach

I had an enjoyable stay at the Pelican Hotel. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Miami South Beach and surrounded by vibrant dining and entertainment options. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were comfy, quiet, and uniquely themed. The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff. However, the dining experience was a bit pricey with limited options, mainly included in the resort fee.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach and within walking distance of the art deco district and shopping spots. The rooms have a unique vibe blending Western, country, and steam punk styles. While the pricing can lean towards the expensive side due to its prime location on Ocean Dr, the ambiance and convenience make it worth it. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially for those, like us, eager to explore the area. However, there were a few instances of unfriendliness and lackluster service, which slightly dampened the experience. The dining options were decent, with some standout dishes, but the breakfast could have more variety considering the daily resort fee. Overall, a wonderful spot to stay with a few minor drawbacks to keep in mind.
